WESTFOURTH
ARCHITECTURE
NEW YORK    BUCHAREST    ISTANBUL
Westfourth Architecture is one of New York's more active and dynamic studios.  Founded by Vladimir Arsene, it aims at a research that develops the rationalist conception of architecture with the use of new technologies and a constant attention towards the most felt cultural issues of our time.  Vladimir Arsene, born in Bucharest, Romania in 1951, has practiced in New York for many years where he has realized many significant works and received various forms of recognition.  His constant relationships with Europe, especially Romania, have consented him to confront two design models which, in his works have found an equilibrium of great interest and expressivity.
